How to open a customer account?
If you are a professional or company you can open a customer account with us. Call us or send an email to our mail address and we will send you a form to fill out and start your account opening procedure.
Is it necessary to be professional to buy?
Of course not, to buy in our stores it is not necessary to have a customer account or to be a professional in the sector, just wanting to buy good material. In our stores we will be happy to solve your doubts.
What is your opening hours?
All our stores open from 7:30 to 18:00 except for our delegations of Santa Úrsula (Tenerife) and Fuerteventura that close at noon, for more information see our section «Stores».
How do I sign up for courses and trainings?
Most of our courses are open to everyone who wants to sign up, and they are free. Subscribe to our Newsletter below or follow us on social networks is highly recommended to receive news about our upcoming trainings.
I don't have a store nearby can I buy?
If you want to start working with us and there is no Foncal delegation on your island, we may still be able to supply you with our transport network. We still hope to be closer to you in the future.
